Nightblade is able to summon an illusion of the bliss waiting for the target in the afterlife. The illusion is so intense that the target can be briefly frozen in place unless attacked. This illusion may very well become addictive and cause the target to eventually give up living and let themselves be killed so they can experience (as they believe) the bliss for real.

Nightblade has learned how to make the blissful feeling last for longer. A target seeing it becomes entranced for longer time but first attack would still break the illusion.

Nightblade can now create image of afterlife bliss that is not just a simple spell but a powerful suggestion. It can in some cases affect a mind of the target even if nightblade finds it extremely difficult with other spells.

Power From Afterlife

Each time nightblade deals finishing blow she can withdraw some of the energy released by the spell and temporarily store it as kind of a shield than increases her resistance to the type of damage used by the spell. Controlling her finishing blows this way requires more concentration. Nightblade needs to pay extra 10% mana for her spells in order to excercise this control.

Improved Power From Afterlife

The power of the shield nightblade creates has grown. Each time she creates this shield by withdrawing power from her finishing blow, the strength of her shield increases by half.

Extended Power From Afterlife

Nightblade has learned how to withdraw energy from her finishing blows in such a way that she can refresh the power of her already existing shield. This way she extends duration of the shield by some time.

Enhanced Power From Afterlife

Each time nightblade deals finishing blow with a spell that deals damage of the same type that she already stores, the strength of the shield increases. The stronger the shield already is the more difficult it is to strenghten is even further.

Advanced Power From Afterlife

It is now easier for nightblade to increase the strength of the shield she creates by withdrawing some power of her finishing blow. It is still getting harder as the shield gets more powerful.

Stairway To Heaven

Nightblade can use the power stored in her shield to conjure a powerful illusion that causes her victim to get into a shifted mental state where they believe they are already on their way to heaven and matters of the living are no longer of such concern. The illusion is normally only a brief flash but its effects persist on subconscious level for noticeable time. As long as the victim subconsciously feels this illusion, they do not want to use their resistances to the full effect. How much of the resistance they ignore depends on the power of the shield nightblade releases, it is always about a quarter of the strength of nightblade's shield.

Improved Stairway To Heaven

Each time nightblade releases her shield to create illusion of the way to the next world the illusion is more powerful. The victim does not use resistance of up to one third of the power of the shield.

Extended Stairway To Heaven

The illusion of stairway to heaven nightblade can create is now more persistent. It lasts 25% longer than before.

Enhanced Stairway To Heaven

When nightblade conjures up the illusion of the way to the afterlife, the illusion is more powerful. The victim now doesn't use her resistance of the value of about one half of the power of the shield nightblade releases.

Advanced Stairway To Heaven

Nightblade's power of suggestion has grown more powerful. When she summons an illusion of the path to the next world the victim is subconsciously attracted to the idea of leaving this world behind that they don't use their resistance up to the value of the full power of nightblade's shield.

Afterlife Gift

When nightblade deals a finishing blow she can divert part of the power of the finishing blow that gets over the limit required to actually kill the target. In doing so she can create kind of armor for her own hitpoints. This armor kicks in in the moment when nightblade is about to die. The armor absorbs the part of the blow that would push nightblade over the brink of death. Each additional finisihng blow adds more power to the armor but the stronger the armor is the more difficult it is to add more hitpoints to it. When nightblade wants her finishing blows to provide Afterlife Gift, she needs to pay 10% more mana than normal for her spells.

Improved Afterlife Gift

Nightblade has learned to control her finishing blow more precisely. She can now extract 20% more hitpoints into her afterlife gift with each blow.

Extended Afterlife Gift

The armor effect provided by Afterlife Gift becomes more durable now. It now lasts about half as long more as before.

Enhanced Afterlife Gift

Nightblade can now sustain her afterlife gift more effectively. Each time she increases power of already existing gift, it is easier for her, adding more power than before.

Advanced Afterlife Gift

Each time nightblade adds some hitpoints to her afterlife gift, she can divert some additional power from the finishing blow through the gift directly to her hitpoints, therefore healing herself.

Shared Afterlife Gift

Nightblade has now much better understanding of her connection to afterlife. She can extend her Afterlife Gift to protect not only her but the whole group. The armor for group is weaker than her personal one and the whole group shares the group gift. If nightblade wants to create shared afterlife gift with her finishing blows, she needs to pay 20% more mana for her spells.

Improved Shared Afterlife Gift

Nightblade can control her finishing blows more precisely. She can now withdraw more of the power of the blow and convert it into shared afterlife gift. The shared afterlife gift is now growing in power at the same speed as her personal afterlife gift.

Extended Shared Afterlife Gift

The shared afterlife gift has become more durable. It now lasts twice as long as before.

Enhanced Shared Afterlife Gift

Nightblade has learned how to channel the power withdrawn from finishing blows more effectively to shared afterlife gift. Each finishing blow now adds more power to shared afterlife gift.

Advanced Shared Afterlife Gift

Nightblade has mastered control of her finishing blows. She now needs to pay only 10% extra for her spells to withdraw power from her finishing blows to upgrade her shared afterlife gift.

Heavenly Attraction

Nightblade has gained greater understanding of what beings in this world may expect from the next one. She is now able to imbue her spells with powerful illusion that shows the victim how attractive the next world is, compared to this one. This causes the victim to become much more ready to succumb to nightblade's spells. Each time her spell deals damage to a victim, it deals damage as normal but it counts as 2% higher for the purpose of it being finishing blow. Imbuing this illusion forces nightblade to pay 10% extra mana for her spells.

Improved Heavenly Attraction

The illusion nightblade can imbue into her spells is now more powerful than before. Each time her spell deals damage to a victim, it counts as being further 2% higher for the purpose of it being a finishing blow.

Extended Heavenly Attraction

Each time nightblade imbues heavenly attraction into her spells, she can do it more efficiently. She now needs to pay only 5% extra mana.

Enhanced Heavenly Attraction

Nightblade has learned how to make the illusion of next world even more attractive. Each time her spell hits an enemy, it counts as if it dealt additional 2% more damage for the purpose of finishing blow computations.

Advanced Heavenly Attraction

Nightblade can now tap into the basic expectations of her victim about the afterlife. The illusion her spells now carry is so powerful that damage caused counts as additional 5% higher for purposes of deciding if it is a finishing blow.

Afterlife Link

Nightblade wants to add more effects to her spells but that causes increasing drain on her mana reservers. She is able to establish link to afterlife and draw some power over it, offsetting some of the extra mana she needs to pay for her spells. The extra cost incurred from afterlife effects is reduced by 10%.

Improved Afterlife Link

The link to afterlife has grown stronger. Nightblade can draw more power from it, decreasing the extra cost of afterlife effects by additional 10%.

Extended Afterlife Link

Nightblade is now able to use her link to afterlife to greater extent. She can now reduce the extra cost of afterlife effects by further 10%.

Enhanced Afterlife Link

Nightblade has learned how to use her afterlife link more effectively. The extra cost of afterlife effects for her spells drops by further 15%.

Advanced Afterlife Link

Nightblade has mastered the use of link to afterlife. She can draw more power from it so the extra cost of her afterlife effects for her spells drops by additional 25%.

Calling Of Paradise

Nightblade realized how to make afterlife even more irresistible. She can imbue a suggestion into her spell that causes the victim to believe that the afterlife is actually calling to her. Be it their ancestors, already dead family members, warriors fighting in the eternal battlefield or beautiful virgins, the illusion makes the victim significantly more willing to die that they give up living sooner than necessary. When computing whether a spell is finishing blow, nightblade doesn't have to reach to zero hitpoints but it is enough to get within 1% of zero and the victim would give up. To imbue calling of paradise into spells is not for free, however. Nightblade has to pay 10% more mana for her spells.

Improved Calling Of Paradise

Nightblade can now influence subconscious mind of the victim with calling of paradise to a greater degree. The moment where victim would give up is increased by additional 1 percentage point.

Extended Calling Of Paradise

Nightblade has learned how to make her illusion even more captivating. Victim that hears calling of paradise would give up additional 1 percentage point sooner.

Nightblade found ways how to embed calling of paradise into her spell more efficiently. She now needs to pay only 5% additional mana for this effect.

Advanced Calling Of Paradise

The calling nightblade embeds into her spells has now become utterly fascinating for the victim. The border value for the victim to give up has increased by additional 1 percentage point.

Escape From Mortal Coil

Nightblade can imbue her spells with additional suggestion that makes afterlife more interesting at the subconscious level than the current world. Each time victim is hit by this spell they temporarily feel the need to escape mortal coil and enjoy the bliss of afterlife. This causes them to lose focus on this world and disrupts their defenses. They take more damage from all attacks, not only from those of nightblade. Each hit is increased by 1%. Nightblade needs to expend additional energy to cast spells imbued with this suggestion. Each spell costs her 20% more mana.

Improved Escape From Mortal Coil

Nightblade has learned ways how to make her suggestions more powerful. As long as the victim is under effect of this suggestion the additional damage they take is increased by one percentage point.

Extended Escape From Mortal Coil

The suggestion to escape from mortal coil becomes stronger now. The victim under the effect of this suggestion takes hits worse than before and additional damage caused by this increases by additional one percentage point.

Enhanced Escape From Mortal Coil

Nightblade is now able to implant the suggestion into her spells more efficiently. She now needs to pay only 10% more mana for her spells for imbuing this suggestion into them.

Advanced Escape From Mortal Coil

Nightblade can now plant her suggestion deeper into victim's subconsciousness. The victim welcomes incoming damage as it is the way for her to escape this world. The additional damage caused by effect of this suggestion increases by two percentage points.
