Weapon Mastery

Fighter is learning how to better use their weapons. They can now use all weapons with greater skill so their weapon average counts as 5 points higher. This bonus is scaled down for weaker weapons as it is simply not possible to deal massive amounts of damage with newbie sword, no matter how one is skilled with it.

Advanced Weapon Mastery

The weapon master has become skilled with all kinds of weapons to such a degree than weapon average of any weapon she wields is increased by additional 15 points, assuming the weapon itself is powerful enough.

Fighter has mastered all kinds of weapons. He can now attune himself with his favorite weapon to a level never seen before. The limit for live with weapon bonus no longer applies and fighter can improve handling of his favorite weapon to heights previously unimaginable.
