Sometimes shaolins need to replenish their vitality really quickly. If such a need arises, they have their way how to do it. They sit down and enter state known as Zen Trance. In this trance shaolin doesn\'t regenerate any hitpoints or mana, but instead focuses all his healing powers to vitality, thus increasing his vitality regen rate significantly. Zen Trance is especially popular among ogres, trolls and minotaurs, who have very slow natural vitality regeneration rate, and with Zen Trance they can redirect their high regen rate of mana or hitpoints to move. Note that using Zen Trance can be dangerous when you are not at safe location, as it takes some time to recover from such deep trance even if you are under attack.
