Searching through memories of most beings is not some exactly described process, it is based mostly on psionic\'s intuition, so it often happens that caster doesn\'t get exact information. It is usually good idea to use scan memory multiple times before presenting any results. The spell mostly only tells how many enemies target remembers, but sometimes psionic can see the images clearly enough to even recognize who is remembered.
