Druids are the being of nature and nature wants to be in balance. But there are times when the nature can be unbalanced. Druids can reach out for this unbalance and boost their healing or damage. But it has its cost. The more you cast damaging spells, the less healing you are providing and vice versa. When this skill is activated your balance can be anywhere at the scale -1000 to 1000. You are doing the most damage when balance is at 1000 but no healing is provided. At -1000 balance you are calm and quiet healer so your healing is increased but damage is shredded to zero. Also spells from equipment will shift this balance, so be aware of it.
