Moon Strike is a complementary skill to Sun Blow. But whereas Sun Blow draws power from the Sun, this one uses Moon instead. Given that Moon doesn\'t shine on its own and its mystical power is so strong partially due to its proximity to Earth, all the other moons in the universe do not meaningfuly increase power of Moon Strike. This results in Moon Strike being twice as powerful at night but it draws no power from clear sky. And again, the night bonus works even without clear sight of the Moon.
