Sooner or later, conjuration energy which binds conjured items together is going to dissipate so much that the item disappears. This troubled conjurers only so long, and then this spell has been developed. It allows increasing stability of conjured item, delaying the energy dissipation for some time. Note that this is different energy than that recharged via minor recharging ray and similar spells. Conjuration binding energy is dissipating from all conjured items all the time, no matter what powers are imbued in them or whether they are being used or just lying in inventory or in a bag or whatever.
