As conjurers got more experienced with chain recharging spells, a technique emerged to make this chaining effect more consistent and let one spell recharge all conjured items at once. And so recharging burst spell was born. It usually restores even less energy to each item than chain recharge spells but it recharges all items in one cast, making it a good choice to keep all your items with some energy before you use more targetted means for those items which are at dangerously low level and need stronger boost.
