Thus this power has been invented to keep pace with recharging spells. As its precedessor, it not only increases maximum energy, but also recharges current energy as well. However, it is possible only if item doesn\'t already have this power. Also note, that it is imbued power like any other, in particular it needs a power slot, which may be significant drawback sometimes.
