They sometimes also steal gold from people just before their eyes. Of course they do very silently and very carefully. But there are some people, that are too afraid of someone who could steal their money. You cannot steal from such people without they notice you. Evaluate is skill, that rogue learn in order to tell about someone if he is perceptive enough or not. They also could appraise wealth of enemy (according to they dressing and behaviour) and decide how much money they could own.
