This spell allows the caster to remove some spell from target. The second parameter is amount of mana used to make this spell even more powerfull. The more powerfull this spell is, the more spells it is able to dispel. But BEWARE! If you spend too much mana to pump up your dispel, it may be dangerous for your health!
