When psionics started working with illusions, they immediatelly found a need to be able to recognize illusion from real thing. So they invented skill detect illusion. There is nothing more to this skill. It is just add-on skill to scan mind and archetype search, it will show you whether target is an illusion, in addition to standard information from those detection spells.
