This is a weaponspell which can be imbued into conjurer\'s sword. When it activates, it works just as any other weaponspell, in particular it will not eat up sword\'s energy as standard combat powers do. Chilling blast is basically just a reversed version of burning blast weaponspell. When your weapon scores a hit and the dice is favorable to you, a blast of deep chill bursts out of the weapon and causes some cold damage to the poor victim.
