One of the potentially most devastating spells. Its maximum damage is something beyond imagination, but its minimum damage is not worth a try ;-). And it is extremelly chaotic, every time it is cast, it randomly chooses target resist. Also, it has strange special effect. With every chaos blast cast, there is chance for some chaotic effect to occur, such as affecting target with random enchant, either beneficial or bad, or with some healing spell (except miracle and high miracle). There is also another class of chaotic effects, like opening transdimensional portals, closing existing portals, or eventually even attracting some lesser being from other planes of existence.
