You can see them, that\'s no problem, but you don\'t notice them ... They simply assume someone really don\'t interesting, just common guy you can meat anywhere and anytime, such that noone notice, such beings, that you can notice only if you bounce at them and even than you usually forget their face immediately. This is skill, that couldn\'t be noticed, but assassin could not do anything (note this work same way as hide skill), esle he will tighten regrettable attention.
