Knowledge of this skill allows you to use more complicated combos during the battle by allowing you to perform combat skills faster. With the knowledge of advanced tricks it is possible to perform two combat skills per round, as required by more advanced combos. While it was theoretically possible with Basic Tricks, the swordsman can now perform Wall of Blades or Rapier Deflector combos quite reliably.
