PRETEND_DEATH: Char looks dead => mobs can ignore him
SPIRIT_BOND: Char dies when having -10% MAXHIT instead of -11hp

MANA_OUT: Char went too deep in negative mana, mana regen decreased
WAR_CRY: Char affected by war cry

HURT_LEG mob can't move , Increasing damage for rogues

TRANSPORT-BLOCK protection against ALL mortal PC transports
BEACON-OF-BRAVERY !flee for group
CAMOUFLAGED char can use chameleon more quickly
INTOXICATED very serious problem after eating more pills, you
will die quickly without help(STRONGER! poison)
